As the Managing Agent for the Malibu Estates Plano Homeowner's Association, Inc., the Virtual Annual Election Meeting of Members has been rescheduled for Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting will be to elect three (3) Class A Members to the Board of Directors and discuss normal business of the Association.

The election meeting cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important to understand the voting process. You may cast your ballot electronically, either on the Association’s website or by email or fax. It is not necessary to assign your proxy if you vote online as your vote will also count toward the required quorum. If you mail your ballot, please include the proxy and ensure it is signed and dated. The deadline for voting is Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 4:00 pm. Please be sure your ballot reaches us before the deadline. Only the Owner of record or the proxy holder may cast a vote, and only one vote per household is accepted.

As the Managing Agent for Malibu Estates Plano Homeowner’s Association, Inc. we are pleased to announce that the virtual Annual Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the normal business of the Association and to present information on current Association affairs.

Enclosed you will find the Draft Agenda and Proxy. Even if you plan on attending, it is important that you return your proxy, as unforeseen circumstances may occur which prevent you from being able to attend. The Annual Meeting of the Members cannot be held unless quorum requirements are met. If a meeting must be reconvened or rescheduled, the Association will incur additional costs. You may assign your proxy to a Member of the Board, or to a neighbor of your choice who will be in attendance.
